The musical begins with William Shakespeare’s (Matt Cardle) wife, Anne Hathaway (Lara Denning) decides to rewrite the play with the question: ‘What if Juliet didn’t end it all over a boy?’ Shakespeare isn't best pleased with all of Anne's ideas and, throughout the show, there is a little tussle with their feather quill!
With iconic pop anthems including Britney Spears ‘I’m not a girl, not yet a woman’, Backstreet Boys ‘I want it that way’ and Katy Perry ‘Roar’ you are sure to be singing and dancing in your seat. A real iconic show!
The story sees Juliet (Geradine Sacdalan) discovering at Romeo’s funeral that he had more than one love so, with the help of her friends, May (Jordan Broatch) and Anne Hathaway (Lara Denning) she goes on a journey to discover her true self and what she really wants in life.
Lance (Ranj Sing) brings a comedic character amidst the drama with his pretentious yet hilarious French accent and has a romance of his own through the show!
