Every Thursday at 4pm, Gemma talks speaks with a variety of guests about all aspects of nutrition, fitness and the menopause.
Gemma aims to provide a clear path through the confusing information about fitness and diets, that potentially could do more damage than good.
With these guests giving expert advice, Gemma's podcasts allows listeners to listen again or catch up on what has been said in the past week.
Gemma's show also covers aspects such as gut health, the benefits of being more active, fuelling your body correctly, all the way through to managing the menopause.
In a nutshell you'll hear motivation to encourage a change for the better.
Gemma Paddington,
Gemma has been a personal trainer for women and men since 2011. She is also pre and post natal trained and very passionate about what she does. As qualified assessor, Gemma can train at level 2 and level 3 for fitness instructor and personal training courses.
As well as volunteering at Voice FM Gemma is also involved with Itchen college, and takes on work experience students ever year.
She loves training at the gym, and says "It makes me feel great and helps keep my mood lifted."
In her spare time she relaxes by doing martial arts, such as Judo (orange belt) and Kickboxing (green belt). Gemma's personal goal is to keep inspiring others to be fit and help them make healthier choices.
